Greg Howard is one of the top fitness trainers in the United States implementing productive training sessions that are sport specific for teams and individual athletes. His emphasis on teams and individuals has proven to directly affect cardiovascular performance on the court and field. Greg is currently training several NBA athletes, and is the endurance trainer for the California Storm (WPSL), including players like soccer great, Brandi Chastain.
Greg received a bachelor’s degree in Child Development from CSUS Sacramento. He is also a licensed Endurance Trainer who has dedicated his life to taking athletes to the next level. |

Brian graduated from Pittsburg State University with a degree in nursing and worked as an emergency and critical care nurse. Brian has long been involved in fitness throughout his life. He played football at Pittsburg State University (Div II) and then competitive rugby for 7 years after college. He then moved into the world of bodybuilding and was a competitive bodybuilder placing at numerous shows. Currently, Brian is a competitive MMA fighter, fighting out of Marinobles in Roseville, CA.
His passions include strength training, nutrition, and endurance training. He has done nutritional programs for competitive athletes, those trying to lose weight, to medical programs for those needing to decrease or get off current medications. Brian also has developed strength training programs for athletes to stay at home moms and everyone in between. Lynn graduated from Pittsburg State University with a degree in nursing. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 10 years and has worked as a school nurse at Antelope High School. Lynn started her fitness experience in college and has been training clients as a certified trainer for years. She is currently an NPC figure competitor.
Lynn’s fitness training experience includes strength training, nutrition, core and endurance training. She has trained clients looking to lose a few pounds all the way to clients rehabbing from severe medical conditions. Lynn has done several speaking engagements for kids on performance nutrition and injury prevention. Lynn can help you achieve your goals whether you are a stay-at-home mom or an elite athlete. |
